issue i think with my text editing on mac?

I'm following each step and its easy i have no issues with that but for some reason even after reading others issues with saving the files which i fixed.... when i open the page on my browser it shows all of the text including the "<title>,<Head> etc. how do i fix this?????? i put a picture below of what has happened

well i recommend you save your file as html not txt i see in address bar your file name is txt and browser treat your txt file as a text document instead of a HTML document just change the extension and i hope it will work.
