Reading confirmation

Dear Forum,

I have the following problem. I am creating a website with wordpress and I have a page with subpages with information that require that the customer or user confirms that they have read the conditions of use before using this page or subpage. Matter of fact the customer or user should not beable to open this page or subpage until they have confirmed that they have read the conditions. I am debating if they should just confirm by clicking that they have read it and we receive an email with their ip addres or they enter their name, email address and and were receive this information including their ip address. Since I cannot programm, I am looking for a concept and coding recommendation that suits my needs. Your suggestions are appreciated. I will glady contribute a small amount for your assistance if necessary.

well it depends if you wana track users in future then you you should
receiving an email with their ip adders but if its only for confirmation that they do read just provide them a button that I READ IT....
or just put captcha in fornt of I READ IT button.

the actual article will load after it like lots of the website have adult content warning !

Do you think you could write the code for your recommendation? If so, what would you want for this?

Yes I Can Write the code for this..
What's the Requirement
When ever a user come to your website he should have i agree page come up 1st..?
or when ever user tries to read the article a page come up to get an I agree with terms page ....
I need $20 to write any code you want like this through Paypal...

The price is fair where do I send the money to? Maybe send me a private message. I need the following solution (see also picture)

When the user goes to Wissenwertes before they can go to the subpages they have to read a message I wrote and confirm that they read it. I was maybe thinking the user has to enter a captcha number as confirmation that they read my message. The reason is so the user cannot say they accidently pushed the button. What do you think? This a wordpress I am using.

yah captcha would be the best option there.
You only need to pay when all scripting work in done.
