You can't do it with PHP. And I don't think you can do it with Javacript - there will be too many security restrictions.

I think it would be best to give your visitors a step-by-step instructions on how to do it manually:

- Right click on the desktop
- Choose New >> Shortcut
- Type "http://www.google.com/voice" into the box.
- Hit next and enter "Google Voice"

Google Voice is not available in Denmark - so I haven't tried it :(

But Skype is pretty nice as well.
