My client have a Site developed in ROR and he want to convert that to PHP. What is the easy way to convert that site in php?

there is no such converter right now maybe it would be available in future but not right now
you should heir a programmer which knows both programming and understand your existing ROR thing logic clear and develop it in PHP.
