its not anything too bad,but is localhost a file i was supose to make or is it just onthing or is it my localdisc.?

when you install the apache server on your local computer then apache can access the specific folder on your hard disk and then send your files requested by browser through http (hyper text transfer protocol)..
actually the files are on your hard disk.
