I wanna add a banner type thing to the top of my website like html.net but how do i make so it adjusts to different computer screens without having to scroll sideways?

1st make your banner width less then 900px.
2nd place it in a div.
3rd this div would be an other div wrapper.
4th make this wrapper center align.

well wrapper is the code thing in html DIV etc it dose not have any concern with Photoshop...
