its not completed yet and it has only password protection with no username which is easy to break and all the menus should be on top its like someone try to learn php and created this site but sorry to say it not look a like a website.
but for personal use its good and for public guidance it should be more simple and should have organized all information properly.
i would recommend try to use free templates available on net.
