its very good and its layout is very nice just 2 advices from my side
1st validate its HTML and CSS from w3c validator
http://validator.w3.org/
2nd black color is not looking good change it to some light color maybe light blue etc.

I would make the gray background color much lighter (like #DFDFDF). And I would also change the text color to a lighter color also.

Another good idea would be JavaScript sliding menus!

In fact, you should probably add more scripting...

but your site's appearance is excellent! Nice work, so far!

I like the black layout but I think it could use a paragraph of text on the left side explaining what the website is all about (also good for SEO).
