Good idea. Why not learn some css and add little bit of styling? You can find great css tutorials in html.net site.

Thank you for your kindness. The 'moderators' have biased views and say people have bad websites just because they don't validate correctly. Oh, and people who have already registered have individual files, so they can't be changed...

Yes, i noticed that, while registering each people, a file with person's name is being created. For new pages to be created, one thing i could suggest is to link a common css file , that way you will be able to make changes to design of all newly created pages at once.
