Microsoft are going to update peoples old versions of internet explorer automatically in January, this is due to security issues with IE6. Also they will be updating other versions of IE depending on how new they are.

Yes! I am very glad! Now we have just two versions of ie to work with, I'd still rather have none though :PI don't understand why people even use ie at all.. If they would only try Chrome (or even Firefox) out for a day, I'm sure they would be hooked.

Very surprised that 28% of people in china still use IE6!!!I agree with the chrome comment, if everyone one IE6 went to chrome then the world would be a better place!

Re: Some good news from microsoft
That is a very important news for the web designers who has to create styles not only for modern browsers but also for IE6 versions. Now they are get rid of this headache. IE8 and IE9 are almost identical to w3c recommendation, without a few difference. So i am thanking microsoft for doing this.Re: Some good news from microsoft
IE is the worst kind of browser of all. Its all due to Microsoft special tactics used. It first make life of coders hard by setting different code for IE and then again spoils the user experience and security. If MS allows Mozilla pre installed with windows then i can bet there will be no more IE in this world.--
