Site needed

Site needed

I am starting a web site for professionals in a certain venue. I need a site, PHP or otherwise, that will ask specific questions during sign up, require admin approval, and post an ad in a certain category, and will be customizable only by admin for communications preferences.

I am trying to find a site that would be a good example, but I cannot. Also, the site has to be free, as my start up budget is less than $500.

Does anyone know of a forum add-on (PHPBB, for example) or WordPress?

describe your complete idea in detail.
i think customized word-press template is good for you and suite's your requirement.
go find some related templates on

I need a site that incorporates the very same information that ALL three of the sites contain. BUT, I want the site so only registered members could see the information ads. My site will be a specialty site. No other company does what I want to do, so showing you exactly would be near impossible. The sites I pasted above are somewhat similar in respect.

How is what your saying any different from a commercial real estate site? Why would people want to sign with you? What's the incentive? Where would you get your listings that others weren't privileged to?

Does anyone know of a similar (free) theme? WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, CSS, HTML, anything?

Real estate/job board theme.

free themes are basic i fear you will not find the options in free themes which are available to you in paid themes .
